Given the differentiation suppressive attributes of H19 in muscle, it is not surprising that in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, as well as in ovarian cancer and uterine serous carcinoma cell lines, sequestering of let-7 by H19 is essential for H19 function in EMT processes, including cell invasion and migration [76, 77]. This evidence concerns the gene H19 and endometrial serous adenocarcinoma.
