FJX1 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Another set of ELISPOT assays using C666.1-A2/FJX1 as target cells were set up and as seen we also observed an enhanced immune response in these 5 healthy donors (3 overlapped) and 3 NPC patients, suggesting that training of T-cells with FJX1-derived peptides can likely stimulate T-cell responses against cells expressing FJX1 regardless of the cell type (Figures A and B in S2 File).
