NFE2L2 and cancer: Since bioluminescence imaging can be used to monitor various biological pathways in living animals by non-invasive imaging, the optimal Nrf2-100-FLuc2 fusion construct developed in this study can be a valuable tool for monitoring anticancer therapy effect in various tumors by using tumor cell xenografts expressing Nrf2-100-FLuc2 construct to study the role of Nrf2-ARE signaling in cancer therapy and drug resistance, without supplementing functional effect, which in our opinion, constitutes the novelty of this study.
