To verify whether CUG-BP1 provided a general mechanism in mediating alternative splicing of RyR1 ASI in neurogenic muscle atrophy, splicing patterns of RyR1 ASI was examined in samples collected from soleus (Sol), gastrocnemius (Gas), TA, extensor digitorum longus (EDL), and flexor digitorum brevis (FDB) muscles. The gene discussed is CELF1; the disease is Atrophy.
