Here, for the first time, we investigated the morphological changes of Y123F murine ovaries compared with those of wild-type (WT) mice, and characterized the follicular developments and identified related gene expression profiling and signaling pathways using a cDNA microarray to explore the potential mechanistic links between LepR tyrosine mutations-induced obesity and reproduction abnormalities. This evidence concerns the gene LEPR and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
