CXCL13, the chemokine driving Tfh movement, was significantly up-regulated in HCC patients (P = 0.016, Figure 4A) and positively associated with improved recurrence-free survival (log-rank test: P = 0.037, Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon test: P = 0.023, Figure 4B), whereas it was unrelated to overall survival (log-rank test: P = 0.696, Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon test: P = 0.547, Figure 4C). The gene discussed is CXCL13; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
