SAHA has been approved for treating cutaneous T-cell lymphoma [24] and is identified as a pan-inhibitor for class I and class II HDACs (including HDACs 1, 2, 3, and 6) [25], while tubacin is a HDAC6-selective inhibitor [26]. Here, HDAC6 is linked to primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
