Results showed that patients with preserved NDRG4 expression in colorectal cancer tissues had better disease-free survival in comparison to those with reduced NDRG4 expression (Figure 1A, log-rank test: P < 0.001), indicating that patients with colorectal cancer of reduced NDRG4 expression had a higher risk of tumor relapse compared with colorectal cancer of preserved NDRG4 expression. This evidence concerns the gene NDRG4 and colorectal cancer.
