To explore whether CUDR overexpression, cyclinD1 overexpression, PTEN knockdown synergistically impacted on H19 expression in liver cancer stem cells, we first performed H19 promoter methylation analysis by Methylated DNA Immunoprecipitation (MeDIP)-Dot blot-western blotting with anti-5-Methylcytosine (5-mC) in expression in stable liver cancer stem cells transfected with pCMV6-A-GFP, pCMV6-A-GFP-CUDR, pCMV6-A- GFP-CUDR plus pcDNA3.1-CyclinD1, pCMV6-A- GFP-CUDR plus pGFP-V-RS-PTEN, respectively. Here, H19 is linked to liver cancer.
