Similarly, we also observed dibutyl phthalate and diethyl-hexyl phthalate associated with five common genes—CYP19A1, EGFR, ESR2, FOS, and IGF1—in breast cancer and endometriosis; and BPA associated 11 genes—AREG, CYP19A1, EGFR, ESR2, FOS, IGF1, KRAS, NCOA1, NCOR1, PGR, and STC2—that were common in both breast cancer and endometriosis. The gene discussed is NCOA1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
