Similarly, we also observed dibutyl phthalate and diethyl-hexyl phthalate associated with five common genes—CYP19A1, EGFR, ESR2, FOS, and IGF1—in breast cancer and endometriosis; and BPA associated 11 genes—AREG, CYP19A1, EGFR, ESR2, FOS, IGF1, KRAS, NCOA1, NCOR1, PGR, and STC2—that were common in both breast cancer and endometriosis. Here, KRAS is linked to breast carcinoma.
