The expression levels of TNF-α (1.4 ± 1.4 versus 0.9 ± 0.4, P < 0.05), IL-6 (4.2 ± 6.2 versus 1.2 ± 2.1, P < 0.05), IL-10 (2.5 ± 2.6 versus 0.9 ± 0.8, P < 0.001), IL-23A (3.1 ± 3.9 versus 1.6 ± 1.5, P < 0.05), IL-27 (4.2 ± 6.1 versus 1.5 ± 1.6, P < 0.01), and IL-37 (3.4 ± 3.8 versus 1.0 ± 1.5, P < 0.05) were significantly higher in the ACS group than in the CAD group. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and coronary artery disorder.
