To explore the mechanism of the anti-inflammatory effect of soothing liver and invigorating spleen recipes in the KCs of NASH rats, we assayed three important proteins, IKKβ, p-IKKβ, and NF-κB, which participate importantly in the NF-κB p65 signaling pathway to an inflammatory response, as shown in Figure 7(a). This evidence concerns the gene IKBKB and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
