CXCR2 and hepatocellular carcinoma: As shown in Fig. 1, most CXCR2+ cells were CD15+ neutrophils in the NT, PS, and IT regions of HCC tissues (49.6 % ± 2.1 %, 64.0 % ± 3.4 %, and 28.7 % ± 2.6 %, respectively; n = 30; Fig. 1e), whereas only a small portion of CXCR2+ cells were CD68+ macrophages (11.1 % ± 1.1 %, 14.4 % ± 1.2 %, and 18.7 % ± 1.0 %, respectively), CD3+ T cells (26.1 % ± 2.1 %, 14.1 % ± 1.2 %, and 13.2 % ± 0.9 %), or S100+ dendritic cells (2.4 % ± 0.4 %, 1.2 % ± 0.2 %, and 1.3 % ± 0.2 %).
