The multivariate analysis revealed that gender (p < 0.001), tumor size (p = 0.003) and T stage (p < 0.001) in the training set, and gender (p < 0.001), cross-sectional location (p = 0.032), tumor size (p = 0.035) and T stage (p = 0.044) in the validation set were independently related to HALP (Table 2).
