The sorted tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, from tumor-bearing mice on day 28- post tumor inoculation, secreted IFN-γ upon stimulation with irradiated CT26 tumor cells (Fig. 3a), executed cytolysis effect on CT 26 tumor cells (Fig. 3b) in vitro, and inhibited tumor growth after being adoptively transferred into mice receiving subcutaneous tumor inoculation on previous day (Fig. 3c).
