As shown in Table S9 and Figure S1, BRMS1 has variations in 51 samples from 15 adult cancers (Acute myeloid leukaemia, Bladder, Breast, Cervical, Colorectal, Melanoma, Head & neck, Liver, Lung adenocarcinoma, Lung squamous cell carcinoma, Pancreas, Papillary renal cell carcinoma, Prostate, Stomach, Uterine cancer). This evidence concerns the gene BRMS1 and papillary renal cell carcinoma.
