Whereas the levels of SFRP1, GSK3β and TLE3 in the CD133+ pancreatic cancer cells were dramatically lower compare with CD133− pancreatic cancer cells (Supplemental Fig. 5B–5C), which further support the hypothesis that miR-744 upregulation activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling via downregulation of SFRP1, GSK3β and TLE3 in pancreatic cancer. The gene discussed is GSK3B; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
