In this prospective cross-sectional study on young Chinese premenopausal with early breast cancer in Hong Kong, the objectives were (1) to determine the incidence of chemotherapy-related amenorrhea (CRA) and menopause (CRM), (2) to identify the associated risk factors with CRM, and (3) among patients who developed CRM, to assess the plasma levels of FSH and E2. Here, BRD2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
