Metastasis-associated protein 3 (MTA3) was originally found as a member of a small protein family (including MTA1, MTA2 and MTA3), and it has been proven that MTA3 had different roles in different types of human cancers. The aim of this study is to explore the function of MTA3 to regulate the cell apoptosis in lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MTA3 and lung carcinoma.
