Rasopathies involving RasGAPs are neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1, also known as von Recklinghausen disease)28, 29 and capillary malformation – arteriovenous malformation syndrome (CM–AVM)30, caused by germline mutations in the nf1 and rasa1 genes, respectively.
