In univariate analysis, we found 17 significant genes, located on 3p14.1, 3q13.2, 17q12, and 18q22.1 (Fig 1d); these genes included cancer-related genes, such as FOXP1, GRB7, and NFATC1, indicating that altered expression of specific genes through CNAs could influence the clinical course of patients. The gene discussed is NFATC1; the disease is cancer.
