DRD2 and amnesia: Administration of the mixed D1/D2 dopamine receptor antagonist FLU prior to memory reactivation, by contrast to D1- and D2-subtype-selective dopamine receptor antagonism, did not prevent the destabilization of the CS−sucrose memory (Fig. 3D), as post-reactivation infusion of anisomycin resulted in amnesia independent of the presence of FLU (FLU × ANI: F(1,44) = 2.26, p = 0.14, η2 = 0.05; ANI: F(1,11) = 7.48, p = 0.019, η2 = 0.41).
