High FoxP3+ Tregs infiltration was associated with significantly longer cancer-specific survival in colorectal cancer (OR 0.63, 95% CI 0.48 to 0.88, P = 0.007) and endometrial cancer (OR 0.42, 95% CI 0.24 to 0.73, P = 0.002). The gene discussed is FOXP3; the disease is cancer.
