High densities of FoxP3+ Tregs were significantly associated with lower DFS rate in lung (OR 3.39, 95% CI 1.68 to 6.85, P < 0.001), gastric cancer (OR 2.25, 95% CI 1.41 to 3.61, P < 0.001), melanomas (OR 2.13, 95% CI 1.18 to 3.84, P = 0.01), and hepatocellular carcinoma (OR 1.81, 95% CI 1.07 to 3.05, P = 0.03).
