Wen-Chung Che’s research illustrated that interleukin-17-producing TILs had a survival influence on breast cancer, this study contained 207 breast cancer patients, the result indicated that IL-17-producing TILs were associated with high grade, hormone receptor (−) subtype, and a poorer survival (disease-free survival 64.0 vs. 87.3 %; HR 2.68; 95 % CI 1.37–5.27; P < 0.01) [18]. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and breast carcinoma.
