Our results showed that the immunoreactivity of SUMO2/3 was stronger in the non-tumor tissues than that in the tumor tissues, although SUMO2/3 was also up-regulated in the tumor as compared with that in the liver tissues of hepatitis B. Meanwhile, we found SUMO2/3 was predominantly localized in cytoplasm both in the tumor tissues and in the non-tumor tissues. The gene discussed is SUMO2; the disease is neoplasm.
