MAP3K8 and ovarian carcinoma: Indeed, we observed a clear correlation between the MAP3K8 protein level and its phosphorylation state at the T290 and S400 phosphorylation sites (Fig. 4e, left panel; Supplementary Fig. 6E, left panel), indicating that the protein level and kinase activity of MAP3K8 are correlated in SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells.
