BAP1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: Concerning the prognostic significance of BAP1, PBRM1 and SETD2 mutational status, BAP1 loss correlates with high Fuhrman nuclear grade and mTORC1 activation [1], higher tumor stage, and worst overall survival [13], while PBRM1 mutations seem to identify a favorable group of ccRCC.
