We sequenced the CD4+ T cell transcriptomes of 15 individuals with coeliac disease and 11 controls under three different conditions; cells were unstimulated (UNS), stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 antibody binding and stimulated with phorbal 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), comprising a total of 74 transcriptomes. Here, CD28 is linked to celiac disease.
