Taken together, these data strongly confirm that the decoy molecules GPN279 and GPN136 neutralizing CCL17 and CCL22, respectively, have an inhibitory effect in our in vivo model of allergic asthma, showing anti-inflammatory activity by reducing the accumulation of eosinophils, dendritic cells and CD4+T cells in the airways. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is allergic asthma.
