KLF14 and cancer: We observed that the expression of KLF14 messenger RNA is significantly reduced in many types of human cancers, including the breast, lymphatic, cervical, oral cavity, floor of mouth, pancreas and colorectal cancers, except for the Eckerle lymphoma data set (which shows a KLF14 mRNA upregulation pattern in the anaplastic lymphoma kinase-negative anaplastic large-cell lymphoma) (Supplementary Table 1).
