Together, this study presents the presence of Ki67, AdipoR1, AdipoR2, adiponectin, Ob-R, leptin, aromatase, COX-1, COX-2, PGF2α, F2-isoprostanes and α-SMA are localised on higher levels in the breast tissues adjacent to the tumor or in the tumor itself which may have pathological consequences in the breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ACTA1 and breast carcinoma.
