Malignancy-associated hypercalcemia is usually categorized into calcitriol-mediated hypercalcemia, PTHrP-induced hypercalcemia, and local osteolytic hypercalcemia.1,2 In our patient, it seems that the main cause of hypercalcemia was mainly increased calcitriol production by the malignant lymphoma cells.
