According to multivariate analysis, the absence of disappearance of arterial tumor enhancement on CE-CT (HR = 2.121; 95%CI 1.079–4.170; p = 0.0292), AFP ratio of >1.2 (HR = 2.179; 95%CI 1.076–4.425; p = 0.0305), and CP score elevation of ≥2 points (HR = 4.729; 95%CI, 1.893–11.815; p = 0.0009) were significant and independent predictors of elevated mortality (Table 3).
