Considering the role of miR-K3 in inhibiting KSHV lytic replication and its high expression level during viral latency and in KS tumors, it would be interesting to further delineate the role of miR-K3/GRK2/AKT axis in KSHV-induced angiogenesis and tumorigenesis.
