Its ten hub genes were extracted (Table 3) and confirmed in the literature; seven of them (UBC, SRC, SP1, MYC, STAT3, RB1, and MAPK1) were verified to be associated with lung cancer, while the remaining three genes, JUN, NR3C1, and GRB2, were potentially new candidate lung adenocarcinoma-related genes. This evidence concerns the gene RB1 and lung cancer.
