As shown in Figure 2C, the overall survival was longer in the NKD2 unmethylation group compared to the NKD2 methylation group (P < 0.05), suggesting that NKD2 methylation is related to tumor malignancy, progression and metastasis, and it may serve as a poor prognostic predictor in human gastric cancer.
