Fig 5D–5F show that obesity did not change the protein levels of β1AR (C: 1.00 ± 0.5 vs. Ob: 0.95 ± 0.21), β2AR (C: 1.00 ± 0.15 vs. Ob: 1.06 ± 0.16) and Gsα. (C: 1.00 ± 0.18 vs. Ob: 0.88 ± 0.14). Thus, these results indicated that βARs (β1AR and β2AR) and Gsα, components of the β-adrenergic system, were not associated with myocardial dysfunction induced by obesity. Here, CTBP1 is linked to obesity disorder.
