As IL-2Rα expression showed prognostic value in the cytogenetic intermediate-risk group for patients ≤60 years old, we evaluated the relationship between IL-2Rα expression and other factors such as a WBC count ≥3x104/μl [24], and expression of CD4 [25], CD7 [26], CD11b [27], and CD56 [28] which are recognized as poor prognostic indicators for AML (Table 7).
