As shown in Figure 4B, the expression of p-AKT, p-mTOR, p-p70S6K and p-ERK1/ERK2 was consistently significantly increased, whereas AKT, mTOR, p70S6K and ERK1/ERK2 were not significantly different in human bladder cancer tissues and matched ANT. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
