CD8A and neoplasm: This could explain why the decrease in CD3 (T-cells) and CD2 (T-cells, B-cells, NK cells) was more pronounced than that of CD8α (cytotoxic T-cells, NK cells, subset of DC), CD68 (macrophages, neutrophils, DC, myeloid progenitors), and CD163 (pro-tumor macrophages, M2).
