MUC1 and pancreatic neoplasm: Yttrium (90Y) clivatuzumab tetraxetan (also known as hPAM4-Cide) is a radioimmunoconjugate composed of fully humanized monoclonal antibody HuPAM4, directed against the pancreatic cancer antigen mucin-1(MUC-1), that is conjugated to the chelating agent tetra-azacyclododecanetetra-acetic acid (DOTA), and radiolabeled with the beta-emitting radioisotope Yttrium90 [84].
