Following co-immunofluorescence and image analysis, the number of P-H3+ cells in the four different cell populations (EPHB2+/ERBB3+; EPHB2+/ERBB3-; EPHB2-/ERBB3+; EPHB2-/ERBB3-) was quantitated (between 100–200 P-H3+ cells per tumour). Here, EPHB2 is linked to neoplasm.
