LGR5, EPHB2, CD44s and CD44v6 were all significantly up-regulated in cancer tissues compared to normal tissues (median increase 9.4-fold, 3.5-fold, 3.0-fold and 6.4-fold respectively, all p-values <0.0005; one-sample t-tests of logged values = 1) (Fig 1).
