In addition, less EphA4, Cdh1, and APC2 expression, co-immunoprecipitated with GluR1, were observed 14 days after SNI when compared to the Sham-treated rats (Fig. 3J), indicating that a complex of EphA4, GluR1 and APC/C–Cdh1 exists in the ACC and that the interaction between EphA4–APCCdh1 and GluR1 is decreased after peripheral nerve injury.
