H131R and V158F are two common single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) which are located in the third and fifth exon of FCGR2A and FCGR3A, respectively, and two loci appear to be associated with clinical outcome in hematological malignancies and breast cancer with treatment of rituximab and trantuzumab, respectively [14, 15]. Here, FCGR3A is linked to breast cancer.
