RHO and cancer: The IPA reports places “Cancer” as the top one disease regulated by miR-224, while the top three molecular and cellular functions associated with the list of genes regulated by miR-224 were listed as “Gene Expression”, “Cell Cycle”, and “Cell Death”, and the top two ranked canonical pathways of the genes regulated by miR-224 were reported to be “Regulation of Actin-based Motility by Rho” and “Cell Cycle Regulation by BTG Family Proteins”.
