These include genes such as NUSAP1 and MS4A6A that are associated to glomerulonephritis, an IgA nephropathy (34); GPBAR1 that is highly expressed in intestinal monocytes of patients with inflamed Crohn's disease (35), and; SYNJ1 and PLD3 that are both associated to Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease (36–39). This evidence concerns the gene NUSAP1 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
