Accordingly, we followed prior designations [20] and defined SOCS1 minor as cases that harbor only non-foreshortening point mutations (49 of 64 SOCS1 mutated cases in our cHL cohort = 76.6%), and the SOCS1 major group as cases with at least one length-alternating mutational event (15 of 64 SOCS1 mutated cases in our cHL cohort = 23.4%). Here, SOCS1 is linked to classic Hodgkin lymphoma.
