KRAS and infection: Our results indicate that during the course of the human infection, changes in the intra-host genetic diversity were more prevalent in the NS1, NS2A and E genes (NS2A vs NS2b Bonferroni corrected p-value [Bcp] = 0.008; NS2A vs NS3 Bcp<0.001; NS2A vs NS4B Bcp = 0.02; NS2A vs NS5 Bcp<0.001; E vs NS3 Bcp = 0.006; also NS1 vs NS3 Bcp = 0.002).
