This effect was virtually unchanged after adjusting for other confusing factors (i.e., pathologic stage) by multivariate analysis in BC patients with negative p53 (HR = 0.33, 95% CI, 0.12 to 0.91, P = 0.032) or poor histologic differentiation (HR = 0.32, 95% CI, 0.12 to 0.94, P = 0.032). Here, TP53 is linked to breast cancer.
