Examples of clinical trials in NURSA 3.0 include those for: (i) breast, ovarian or prostate cancers that have been mapped to androgen receptor (AR), estrogen receptor α (ER α) or progesterone receptor (PR); (ii) treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases using the anti-inflammatory drug fluticasone, a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) agonist; and (iii) treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) that has been linked in OMIM, for example, to AR and ER. This evidence concerns the gene PGR and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
